We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying of these 2 dogs.

Hi Dr Chan,
How’s things going on? We had slow down on our rescues as we are short of funds for medical and the most important thing is we have no place to keep after treatment.
I would like to apply for the subsidies for 2 dogs that we sent for spaying. Blacky hangs around the garbage area
where we feed her with other strays. Her pups followed her running around looking for food. As for Broga girl, she
gave birth before Chinese New Year in the residential area in Broga. All her 5 pups didn’t make it. We will try to
catch the rest for spaying too.
Can i submit the application?
