Please Use Only White Envelopes Of �standard Size�

This is yet again another reminder to all applicants to please use only WHITE envelopes measuring approximately�24cmX11.4cm (standard size). Up the 20g, the postage is 60 sen.

Therefore,

1. Please only use WHITE envelopes of standard size.

2. Please check the postage if you suspect your mail is more than 20g.

3. Please post your application early enough to ensure it reaches us within the 2-week deadline.

To applicants who use non-standard envelopes AND do not put sufficient stamps, please be informed that first, your mail will be delayed and second, I will have to pay a fine to receive your mail.

Standard size is approximately 24cm by 11.4cm.

It has to be WHITE envelopes, please.

And please, please, please post your application on time. Ordinary mail may take anything between 3- 7 days to arrive, depending on the location and season.

To solve your problems, why don’t you use Pos Ekspres? It has been very reliable so far.
