Monsoon, Rescued Pup For Adoption In KL (Shelley Wong�s)

We would like to seek your approval to put this rescued pup (temporary named Monsoon) for adoption.

We got to know about Monsoon being trapped in a big drain for more than 3 days at SetiaAlam through a friend who saw a posting on FaceBook. �What got us to do it? We have no idea since we are not trained or even have any clue what to do. �But 3 days without food and in the drain (thank goodness, the weather has been dry).. that just got the 3 of us to immediately drive all the way from Old Klang Road to the said destination. �We tried to call some pet rescue centers but we figured the poor dog must be traumatised.

When we reached there, we had to spend some time locating the poor puppy. �He was crying all the time and was scared. �One of us climbed down the muddy drain and tried to coax the dog but he was not approachable. �We spent more than 3 hours under the hot sun walking up and down trying to corner and calm the dog and he finally gave in due to tiredness.

We managed to bring him home and showered him and immediately brought him to the vet to check of any injury or illnesses. �Thank goodness, he only suffered minor scratches and lack of food. �We are unable to take him in as we have multiple pets at home and we live in an apartment.

We hope that Monsoon will find a good home as soon as possible and he’ll make a great companion. �He is such as easy pup and has so much potential.. �we are impressed that he blends in immediately. �We are unsure of his breed but vet confirmed that he is a male dog aged about 8months. �We are currently fostering him for 2 weeks until he’s up for vaccination and spay. �We hope Monsoon will find a new home soon.
