Spaying Subsidy For Halley, Female Cat (Cheryl Tan Miang Lengs)

We have subsidised RM100 for Halley’s spaying. Cheryl waited until March to get her spayed so that she would be old enough for the surgery.

Dear Dr Chan
I would like to apply for the subsidy to neuter the kitten in the photo attached. We came home from work and noticed our dogs keep barking at my daughter’s car. We checked and found this kitten (female) in the engine compartment. We would like to get this kitten neutered and try to put her up for adoption. Our hands are tied as we already are keeping 2 dogs and 2 cats we rescued previously.
Therefore, we would like to apply for your kind approval on the subsidy for neutering this kitten.
Thank you.

Dear Dr Chan
Further to my earlier application, I would like to inform that the Vet said that the kitten is still too small to be neutered. When we called for appointment, he mentioned that if the kitten is above 1Kg then we can bring her in. We weighted the kitten and is about 1.2Kg so we made appointment with the vet.
He estimated that the kitten is just about 3 months after thoroughly checking it and the teeth growth, etc, and do not have the proper height and size to be operated. He worries that if he does it now and the kitten being so active may cause the surgery wound to tear due to the young skin. The Vet has suggested to wait for another month to bring her in.

I am not sure whether to keep her for another month until the surgery is being performed? Also my sincere apologies for all the confusion.
I appreciate your advice.
Thank you so much Dr Chan, and hoping to hear from you.
