Please Help ! This afternoon while I was driving along in B'worth (Kampong Paya)..saw a dog with half his face n brain hanging by the ear, left side of the face totally gone wit what looks like maggots on the open wound. Heard he is there daily looking for food near a row of shop house. It look so pityful

Anyone can go take a look & help the dog?
