Story: He is a street dog but had chosen to reside at my neighbour’s house, but she doesn’t look after him. I feed him and take care of him (Frontline, Heartgard etc) because she does the barest minimum, i.e. feeds him one meal.
Additional remarks: Situation not likely to change
