Tiny Four Week Old Kitten Requires Treatment After Dog Attack

A few days ago, a local lady named Khun Aranya noticed a mother cat carrying her small black kitten trying to enter her house. Unfortunately not long after, her pet dog got hold of little Cherokee resulting in a wound to the kitten’s abdomen.
Khun Aranya looked everywhere for the kittens mother, but had to give up once she realised that Cherokee needed urgent veterinary care. Cherokee was rushed to the Soi Dog clinic and thanks to members of Phi’s Cat Care Club (https://www.soidog.org/en/sponsor-a-cat/), Cherokee was able to receive immediate veterinary attention and had his wound sewn up.
Cherokee is far from being out of the woods yet. He is only a young boy who is all of a sudden without his mother and is on antibiotics to try and prevent a serious infection. Only with your help can we continue to treat Cherokee and other cats in need just like him. You can help by becoming a member of Phi’s Cat Care Club. Members of this club are essential in providing treatment, accommodation and food to cats in need. Become a member today at https://www.soidog.org/en/sponsor-a-cat/
