Dog Left Without Owner Slowly Shows Signs Of Improvement

Hello, my name is Viennetta. If you havent heard of me before you can read my original story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.663172343724504.1073742643.108625789179165&type=1

I came to the Soi Dog clinic after I was hit by a car. Thankfully for me, a nice person called Khun Pramote found me and brought me to Soi Dog. Life has been very sad for me lately. I had a really nice owner who cared for me really well but he died in a motorbike accident. No one else in the village wanted to look after me and the local dogs were picking fights with me. I was so scared being all alone.

When I came to the Soi Dog clinic I was having trouble walking and the vets found a lump in my uterus. I had to have surgery to remove this lump. I was so frightened, but I came out of it ok. I have been very sore and tired and not interested in my food, but a few days ago I started to eat and that gave me some more energy. I am still having trouble walking, so need to rest some more. The vets tell me not to overdo it and that rest is the best thing for me right now.

The vets here have been wonderful to me, but I really want to thank the members of the Emergency Response Team. Without their help, I would not have been able to come to Soi Dog to be looked after and they wouldnt be able to help other cats and dogs who need treatment. Please consider joining today to help me and other animals in need. You can join by visiting https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html
