Spaying Subsidy For Baby, Female Dog (Mok Koh Soo�s)

Mok Koh Soo is a dog caregiver in USJ and he has since got quite a number of dogs neutered in his work area. Recently, he heard about our subsidies from a friend and we have now pledged to help him with the neutering of the rest of the colony. Prior to this, he had been funding all the neutering on his own.

We have spoken to Mr Mok on the phone and he has given details of his rescue work.

1) two post photo of the female dog, Baby
2) Receipt
3) Neutering subsidy form

later i will send over the original receipt and form to the address.
