Little Kodomo Has Hit The Jackpot

Hi, my name is Kodomo. If you havent heard of me you can read my story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.652136074828131.1073742570.108625789179165&type=3

I came to Soi Dog Foundation with a broken leg from being hit by a car. This leg had been broken before and even though the vets tried to fix it again, it was too badly injured so they needed to remove it. I also had blood parasites when I came to Soi Dog which made me feel really sick.

I stayed in the clinic for about 6 weeks and learnt to walk again and took medicine to get rid of the blood parasites. I am feeling much better now and have some great news to share. Last time I updated you I told you I had heard rumours that one of the vets was thinking of adopting me. I was really excited about this as all the vets are lovely and really kind. I am so happy to be able to tell you that Dr Su has adopted me and I recently went to her house to live.

I am so happy that Dr Su adopted me, but I do worry about all the other dogs (and I suppose cats) that are still at the shelter. I really wish homes could be found for all of them too. Did you know that you dont have to live in Thailand to adopt? You can also adopt if you live in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. If you are interested in adopting a new companion please visit http://www.soidog.org/en/adoptions/adoption-costs/ for more information on adoptions and costs involved. Once you have reviewed the information above please fill out our adoption questionnaire at: http://www.soidog.org/en/adoptions/adoption-questionnaire/
