Dog Left Without Owner Struggles To Survive Amongst Street Dogs

Viennetta arrived at the shelter after being hit by a car from Kok Kloy, an area north of Phuket. She was picked up from the middle of the road by Khun Pramote after locals reported that her owner had been killed in a motorbike accident last month. None of the locals wanted to care for Viennetta despite her being attacked regularly by other local dogs.

Thanks to members of the Emergency Response Team (https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html), Viennetta has been receiving treatment at the Soi Dog clinic. She is having trouble walking and a mass has been found in her uterus which has required surgery.

Viennetta is far from being out of the woods as yet and the vets will keep a close eye on her progress. She is very weak and skinny and generally in poor health. You can help provide treatment for Vienetta and dogs like her by becoming a member of the Emergency Response Team. You can join today by visiting https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html
