Maruko Is Being A Brave Girl While Recovering From Broken Leg

After I was hit by a car I had to have surgery on my leg. I now have a very strange pin sticking out of my leg, but the vets tell me it is only temporary while my legs heal and then it can be removed. It is a bit uncomfortable, but the vets are giving me medicine to help with the pain and I am getting lots of rest. I had to have some stitches out the other day and volunteer vet Dr Raluca was very gentle with me, so it didn�t hurt a bit.

I know I am lucky to be alive after being hit by the car as I am such a small dog. I also know that I am lucky to be getting treatment at Soi Dog Foundation.
