Updates On 24th Feb 2014

A kitten was found in an orange plastic bag on 22 February 2014 (Saturday) at about 10.30am, left at the bottom of a blue Town Council trash bin near lift lobby C of Block 804, Tampines Ave 4. A concerned member of the public who had heard the kitten�s meows managed to locate it in the bin and was able to rescue it.

We believe this to be intentional as the plastic bag was found with its handles tied in a knot. We are appealing for any information or witnesses who may be able to help us identify the person(s) responsible. If you can help, please call us at 6287 5355 ext. 9 (24-hour emergency hotline).
