Dear Dr. Chan,
Three pups were rescued from a park in ss2 two weeks ago. One of them found an adopter while the other haven’t. Would like to apply for subsidy for vaccination for two puppies. Hereby attached the photos of the pups with the vaccination evidence and also the receipt. Meanwhile i’ll mail the original receipt toAnimalCare Society as well. Many thanks.
