Spay-Neuter Sponsorship For 3 Cats (Norely Abd Rahman�s)

Dear Dr. Chan,

I would like to apply for your neutering subsidy for 3 cats. Oliver received your 1st vaccination subsidy from you last week. Even though I thought he is still too young but the vet said that he is actually old enough to be neutered. So I sent him yesterday. He is still being fostered by my friend. He is in need of a good home.

Tailor 1 & 2 are strays at a nearby tailor (close to the warung that I have been doing TNR). They have gave birth to a few kittens last 2 months but they didn’t survive because the tailor is close to the road side. I asked the tailor if they are her cats but she said no. They were “thrown” there by irresponsible individuals. I got an appointment from Klinik Kembiri for 2 today and for the other 2 next week Friday. The 2 strays have been sent to the tailor. I lent her 2 cages to keep the 2 cats in. I told her keep them in for at least 3 days. She will let them go next week and try to catch the other 2 to be sent on Friday.
