The Battle Continues For Poor Droopy

Hi everybody, the names Droopy. If you dont know who I am, you can read my story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.650156761692729.1073742557.108625789179165&type=3

I came to the Soi Dog clinic after animal rescue officer Khun Sanae saw that I had tumours on different parts of my body. These tumours are caused by a cancer called transmissible venereal tumour (TVT). This disease is very contagious, you can even get it from sniffing another dog, and it is very common in hot countries like Thailand.

Thanks to the Emergency Response Team (https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html) I have been able to get treatment. I have had one lot of surgery and my wounds are healing well, but unfortunately I have a few more new small tumours that the vets will need to decide what to do about. I am feeling a lot better now that those horrible big tumours have been removed and I am glad I am being cared for by the Soi Dog vets. I know they wont let these new tumours get as big as the other ones.

The vets tell me not to lose hope and that will continue to do their best for me. I promise I will let you know when I hear some news from the vets about what they plan to do. Thank you so much Emergency Response Team for helping me. If you are not a member of this team and want to help me and other dogs who need help, please visit https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html today.
