Hi everybody, it’s me Rudolphina. I am so sorry I haven’t been by to say hello recently, but I have been very sick. I was very unlucky and caught a highly infectious disease that dogs sometimes get and it was touch and go for me for a while there. I had a really bad runny nose and could not eat and all I wanted to do was sleep all day. The vets were very worried about me and were doing everything they could to make me feel better.

I am happy to say that after a couple of weeks of treatment, I have now tested negative to this horrible illness and am starting to feel better. I still have to stay in quarantine to be sure I am fully recovered to protect the other dogs at the shelter, but my future is looking bright once more.
