This is Gao, and since our last post a very kind supporter has offered to contribute towards the travel costs to help her get to her loving home.

In May 2012 one of the shelter staff spotted three 4 week old puppies at the side of the road. After further investigation it appears that there was a Mum as well, and that all had been dumped as it was quite clear that Mum was certainly an owned pet.

They all came to our shelter and were taken care of, but we would dearly love to find Gao a home as she is now the only one left. She is almost 2 years of age, and only ever known shelter life.

She can be a little wary of the more boisterous dogs in her run which means that she hangs back to get attention, but once she does she loves it. She would be best suited to a calm home where there are no boisterous dogs.

Gao is at our shelter in Phuket, Thailand and can easily be adopted locally or to the USA, Canada, UK and other European destinations.

Could you find it in your heart and home to adopt Gao?

If so, please see our adoptions information page which gives details on costs per region at the following link:

Please note that Soi Dog does not charge any adoption fee, but adopters are responsible for all costs involved in any dog traveling to your home. If the costs are acceptable to you, then please complete the adoption questionnaire at the following link:
