I would like to apply the neutering subsidy for Kiki, a female stray kitten (aged 4++ months). She was found behind a restaurant near my residential area.
Attached is some pictures of Kiki, pre and post surgery. She is now recovering well and has also been ear-notched (as advised).
The original receipt and form is on its way to your postal address.Thank you in advance for your time, attention and consideration.
