Helena Says Her Goodbyes

Helena came to our shelter as a young puppy almost 3 months ago. She had been found with a sore back leg, and was too young to be on the streets on her own, so we took her in and cared for her and got her back to full strength.

A wonderful couple have been coming to our shelter for the last few months looking for the right dog for them to adopt, and they finally met and fell head over heals in love with Helena.

Today was the day for her to head to her new home with Craig and Kay, and they were both very excited to be starting this new chapter with her.

There was some time for her to say her goodbyes to all her friends from the puppy run, before they headed for home.

We would like to wish Craig, Kay and Helena all the best for their future lives together.
