THE WORK NEVER ENDS FOR FOSTER CARER KHUN MIA

The work day started with a surprise at the end of the Soi Dog Foundation driveway with seven puppies discovered dumped on the side of the road. These puppies are only seven weeks old and have been named Daffodil, Dahlia, Damien, Delphine, Desert Rose, Darius and Darwin. As these puppies have not yet been vaccinated and are so young, the best place for them is with Khun Mia, the puppy and kitten foster carer. Most of the puppies are also suffering from skin problems, so Khun Mia will have her hands full treating this small brood. Khun Mia is a dedicated carer, getting up every couple of hours to feed these babies and we can only imagine how much cleaning she needs to do! Khun Mia will also provide these puppies with much needed socialisation which will help get them ready for future adoption.
