Good morning to you

Just to recap, female stray pup A (now name�Goofy)�& female stray pup B (now nameEger)�were rescued on 7 Dec 2013 and both sent for 1st vaccination on 21/12/2013.

This attached subsidy vaccination claim is meant for their 2nd vaccination (vaccinated�on 21/01/2014 at USJ Animal Clinic)

I have also rescued a pup (abandoned�at PJ Thai Temple) on 17/01/2014
I named this pup�Angel,�and claim her 1st vaccination (vaccinated on 21/01/2014)
