DOG FOUND NEAR PRISON SUFFERING ALL ALONE

Poor Brooke was found by the Soi Dog mobile clinic team near the Phuket prison. She was sent to the shelter in a miserable state with skin problems all over her body. This is a common problem seen in Thai street dogs, but usually treatable although this could take time. A condition like this would extremely uncomfortable for Brooke with terrible itching and would be highly unlikely to resolve without treatment. Brooke also has septicaemia, which requires antibiotic treatment. We hope that over time, Brooke’s condition will improve and her hair will grow back, leaving her itch-free.

Only you can help dogs like Brooke and give them treatment and a place to live in safe surroundings. To help Thailand’s dogs and cats, please consider making a donation at: https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/
