We have subsidised RM450 for the spaying of 4 female cats and 3 male cats. En Ikhwan has paid the balance of the bill (RM447.01) on his own.

I am writing this email to apply for a subsidy for cats neutering. There are 7 in total including males and females of strays neutered at the vet and please find attached picture of them in jpeg format. My wife and I found these cats roaming around our neighbourhood and have been feeding them for quite some time. We thought that they must be neutered because of there are no proper place for kittens to grow up around the apartment.
