Spaying Sponsorship For 1 Female Cat (Yvonne Cheah Ai Lin�s)

Hope this email finds you well. I would like to apply for subsidy on neutering for one female cat(I named her Puma). I found her seeking shelter under my car in the porch some time back in December. I have been feeding her since then. I recently got her neutered at SPCA on 5th of�January and will release her back to her colony. Attached are some pictures of her pre and post-op. The post-op picture was taken on the same night. She is recuperating really well. I have posted the receipt together with the form yesterday.
