Spay-Neuter Sponsorship For 5 Cats (Patsy Hue Yew Hien�s)

We have fully sponsored RM430 for the spaying of 4 female cats and the neutering of 1 male cat. This sponsorship comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM150) and Berjaya Cares (RM280).

Hello Kah Yein,

This is Patsy Hue Yew Hien, thanking you for your help in subsidising for Bobby’s neutering, the male cat from my working place. In my previous email, I’ve written to you about helping in subsidising the neutering of two mother cats and three kittens from my working place. They are strays, and after neutering them, they will be set free at my working place again.
I’ll be sending them for neutering on 21 December 2013 at the DBKL SPCA. Please advice. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Hi Kah Yein,
As promised, here are the before and after pics of the cats sent for neutering. Please note that I’m claiming subsidies for 5 cats only: 4 females and 1 male. All After pics were taken on 21st December 2013, right after their operation. I’ve forgotten to add the dates on the pictures.
I’ve also sent the form and receipt via pos express today. To be on the safe side, a pic of the receipt is attached here as well. Thank you for your kind reminder of your latest terms and conditions. They are duly noted.
