Sootee Has Some Great News To Share.......

Hi, its me Sootee. If you do not know who I am, you can read my previous story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.628993497142389.1073742433.108625789179165&type=3

I came to Soi Dog Foundation after I had been hit by a car. I was all alone and so scared as I could not walk. Lucky for me, a kind lady helped me and called Soi Dog Foundation. Seeing as I am so young, I am living with Khun Mia, who looks after puppies like me around the clock. I like it here as I am with some other puppies who have been rescued. Perhaps you have heard of them, they are called Seattle and Tucson, Mariko and Yukio. There is even a kitten staying here at the moment called Beckett. Khun Mia has to work very hard to look after us. Sometimes she has to wake up every 3 hours to feed very young puppies and kittens. She even has to help these really young puppies and kittens go to the toilet, as normally their Mum would help them. As you can imagine, having five puppies and one kitten living at your house would make a lot of mess! We all love Khun Mia so much because even though she is very busy looking after us, she still makes lots of time to play with us and make sure we are socialised as they say this makes us more suitable for adoption.

I have some great news to share with you..I can now walk and now that I can walk, I am having a great time playing with all the other puppies. I am so excited as I overheard Dr Su talking to Khun Mia saying she was worried I would never walk again. When I heard that I was so worried about what that would mean for my future. I know Soi Dog Foundation would have looked after me, but now I am hopeful that one day I can go to a home of my own.

I overheard recently that it costs a lot of money for the care of myself and the other puppies and the kitten in Khun Mias care I also heard that there is a club that kind humans can join which helps pay to look after us. Its called Shivers Puppy Care Club and I would like to ask you if you would consider joining. I know that once I am healthy and in a home of my own, that there will be more puppies like me who need help. You can join the puppy care club by visiting http://www.soidog.org/en/puppy-care-club/
