Full Names, Itemised Receipts, Etc., PLEASE!

I know it’s the end of the year and everyone is out there enjoying themselves (or joining the street parties?), but it’s either we say this now or tomorrow, what needs to be said has to be said and there is no better time than now to do the needful (before I forget!).
This is directed to all applicants to our Fund.
1. The policies: www.myanimalcare.org/subsidy/ are sent to every applicant for every application (even if it’s your umpteenth application). The purpose is for you to read them. So, please read them.
2. In the policies, you will find the following:
a. Subsidies are offered dependent on fund availability and at our sole discretion.
b. The receipt has to be issued in your FULL NAME (as per your bank account). For eg, if your name is Wong Siew Leng but the receipt is issued to Mary Wong, I’m sorry we cannot accept that. If your name is Norasyikin Hani bt Hamid, but the receipt is issued to Shikin, we cannot accept that either. Please ensure the receipt is issued in the same name as your bank account name.
c. The receipt must be itemised in legible writing. Please ensure all items are stated clearly with their respective charges.
d. Pre- and post-op photos of the animal has to be submitted by email and it only makes sense if we can see the animal’s face on the photo. We have received a single photo of a surgical scar on a furry body. We cannot make out if it’s a cat, a dog, a hamster or even a hairy human.
e. If you are claiming for vaccination, please email a photo of the sticker on the vaccine vial (which is stuck onto the vaccination card).
f. If your animal has been on drips, please email a photo of he/she being on drips. We are sure you visit while your animal is hospitalised and can provide a photo.
g. All applications are only processed upon receipt of the full documentation (the required photographs by email, the duly filled form and receipt (issued in your full name) by post). Our deadline is two weeks from the date on the receipt. If you post on the very next day (even by ordinary post), it should arrive before 2 weeks. Best to use Pos Ekspres as you can track it.If you had written in a request in July, but only submit all documentation in October (because you just paid the bill in October), we will process your application in October and if we have no money by then, we still won’t be able to pay you the subsidy. Your request in July is no guarantee that we can pay you in October.
h. Last but not least, we do not have a money tree and we work very hard to raise funds, hence:
Our funds are NOT open to:
1. pet-owners who apply for their pets
2. animal welfare organisations, groups, shelters and their members
3. animal caregivers who have the means to raise/source their own funds or who are supported by other sources.
We’ve had to deal with disgruntled pet-owners who insist we must subsidise their pets’ medical treatment and animal caregivers who have the ability to raise funds on their own through the social media. We regret that we cannot fund such cases as we have policies to abide by.
We hope all applicants will understand our constraints and limitations.
Thank you.
Now, let’s have a happy new year and may next year be a good year for everyone!
