Vaccination Subsidy For 2 Dogs (Suan Choy Yong�s)

We have subsidised RM50 for the vaccination for these 2 dogs. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM20) and Berjaya Cares (RM30).

Good morning to you and hope you are in the best of health

This is me, Suan Choy Yong again.

3 stray pups (one male and two females)�approximately 2 months old were abandoned at a chinest temple near�Setapak. Caretakers of the temple was hitting the pups and threatened to kill.

Had to rescue and�took them home on 7/12/13��(male was adopted)

Attached the two females stray pups name A & B

Both pups are severely infected by fleas and under medical treatment now.

Had their first vaccination done on 21/12/2013 at the clinic. (Attached receipt and cert)

And Dr Chan, Thank you again for helping the street animals
