Jackie Chia Lian Inn is writing on behalf of Mdm Wong Wa as the latter is not internet-savvy. I met Mdm Wong in January this year when her caregiving work brought to my attention at a function. Mdm Wong rescues and rehomes puppies in Klang. At that time, we had already offered our subsidy. Mdm Wong said she would only seek assistance if she runs short of financial resources.
We have now subsidised RM450 for the spaying of 3 female dogs. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM150) and Berjaya Cares (RM300). Mdm Wong contacted us several times regarding these 3 dogs.

I write on behalf for Wong Wa who called you 2 days ago she is from Klang.
She intend to neuter 3 stray days this coming Monday 16/12/13.
I have filled up the application for subsidy.
