Dear Dr. Chan,
I’m staying in Kepong and there is a stray dog that has been loitering on a street for the past few weeks. She’s mild-mannered and friendly and apparently without a home and is depending on good samaritans to feed her. One of her front paws is slightly injured as she’s limping but she looks good and healthy. I hope somebody would like to adopt her. Thank you.
