FONDATION BRIGITTE BARDOT STERLIZATION CLINIC OPENS

One beautiful animal rights activist, the former Miss Universe Natalie Glebova, officially opens the new sterilization clinic sponsored by another, Brigitte Bardot. The foundation set up by Ms. Bardot provided the bulk of the funding, for what is the second piece of a multi million baht facility which will be the largest and most modern treatment facility for dogs and cats in Thailand. The universally admired Jeanne Marchig cat hospital opened in 2012. The final piece of the jigsaw will be a state of the art dog hospital, construction of which will, funds allowing, commence in 2014. The facilities are only for stray animals and pets of those who cannot afford commercial clinics. With the number of animals in treatment now approaching 200 at any one time the current old facilities are unable to cope.

Soi Dog Foundation
