We have subsidised RM257.50 for this case. The dog was boarded for 18 days for wound cleaning and we subsidised 10 days of this boarding due to the severity of the wound. The vet contacted us to verify this case for Ms Looi.
This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM107.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM150).

My name is Looi Pui Yee, i was looking for a subsidy for bad injured stray dog from internet and finally get it.Hope u guy can really help me and this pity below here.. I was having financial problem so i cming here n apply …
The incident was like this, the stray dog was coming to my area on sunday morning(i think is someone lost dog) , but at night time i heard a dog crying outside..i saw a two stray dog attacking this pity here… thn my dad was go out and chasing the two stray dogs away… but that time this pity here was very bad injured on his neck and keep bleeding.. then i send him to vet … this is the dog after injured ..on his neck..and now he is staying in vet …hope u guys can help me..thx so much:)

I’m Looi Pui Yee. Last few days i was sent the mail to you. And the vet was called you just now regarding the stray dog’s condition. The dog’s wound was getting very serious right now and need stay in the klinic at lease another one more week the doctor said. And this dog was found in my housing area in Cheras.The dog was getting bite by other stray dogs until bleeding,and then i send this dog to clinic until today. We hope can get a subsidy for Dr.Chan. Here is some of the photo for the dog’s condition right now.

Dear Dr Chan,
I’am Looi Pui Yee, regarding the subsidise for the stray dog last two week. Today i just got back the dog from the clinic.The dog’s wound getting better and going to recover soon. This was some photo after the dog been treated. And i already got receipt. What should i do for the last step ? Isnt i just post the original receipt and the form to u then is done? Thank you .

The description of treatment rendered:
We would truly appreciate it very much if applicants who are unable to explain the treatment rendered request their vets to write a brief description on the receipt, as above. It would save us a lot of time and we would not need to go to the clinic to request for such details. As explained a few days ago, we prefer not to call up the vet as this disrupts the vet’s time in his/her practice of attending to sick animals. We also prefer to respect vet-client confidentiality.
