We have subsidised RM136 for this case (two bills). This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM56) and Berjaya Cares (RM80).

Hi Dr Chan,
This stray cat(which I call Boboy)came to my house on November 26, 2013. It looked like he had been beaten by another stray cat. He hardly moved his right leg and was swollen. I have sent him to vet and currently he is under medication. Vet gave antibiotics and cream for the wound. The wounds have gotten nearly to his bone and he needs to go for another few more treatments.
As for now, I would like to apply for the medical subsidy. The subsidy form & receipt will be send to you soonest.
Attached are some photos of Boboy before we went to vet and after the procedure.
