This is a follow-up for Anabel.

The 3 bills total RM171.00 and we have subsidised RM85.50 for them. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM35.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM50).

Hi Dr Chan,

We took�Anabel to the vet this morning as her skin condition got worse and she started to scratch bad,�so she has to take medications (see attachment),� we cannot�vaccinate and spay her until her skin condition resolves.�� We would like to apply for the medical subsiy for this visit.
