If you come across an animal that is injured, sick or distressed, please contact us at our 24-hour hotline 6287 5355 ext. 9. Our emergency rescue hotline operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Facebook is only tended to from Mondays to Fridays during office hours. We ask for your understanding and patience should you post queries on our Facebook over the weekend. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT ANIMAL EMERGENCIES ON FACEBOOK!
