We have fully sponsored RM60 for Bushtail’s neutering and subsidised RM31.50 for his medical treatment. We have also subsidised RM100 for Mimi’s spaying.
This subsidy of RM191.50 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM91.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM100).

Dear Dr Chan,
Bushtail is one of the community cats I feed everyday. He is also a big romeo and a little warrior , getting into fights with the other male cats almost everyday.
A few days ago, I noticed his swollen cheek and eye. I rushed him to the vet. A check up revealed he had an abscess and this affected his eye as well.There were 2 puncture wounds in his cheek, and he had a very high temperature
The vet drained the abscess and there was a whole lot of pus that came out.I’m sure he felt a lot better after the drainage. He had an injury to his paw and that was treated as well.
After 2 days he was neutered and now he’s recuperating in my house till he completes his course of medication and his wounds nicely healed, then I will release him.
I would like to apply for medical and neutering subsidy for Bushtail please. The forms and receipt are in the mail. Attached are photos of Bushtail.

Dear Dr.Chan,
I hope all is well with you and your family.
I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for Mimi, who is a community cat. She is not approachable or friendly at all, but somehow we managed to lure her into the cage with some delicious food.
She has rested after the surgery and is now back in the community, safe from further pregnancies.
The receipt and neutering form is in the mail.
