Updates On 19th Nov 2013

We received a call this morning from a member of staff at the Aqueen Hotel at 387 Balestier Road. The staff first found these two Shih-Tzus the night before (18 November 2013) at about 7pm, tied to the fence at the back of the hotel. Thinking it was temporary, the staff did not pursue the matter. However, he found the dogs in the same position this morning and immediately called us.
