Medical Subsidy For Stray 12 The Cat (Norely Abd Rahman�s)

The bill is RM38 and we have subsidised RM19 for the ringworm treatment of Stray 12. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors.

Dear Dr. Chan,

I would like to apply for your medical subsidy for the above kitten. He was found with ringworms all over his body at an apartment near by. I have sent him to the vet and currently he is being fostered by my friend who has no other cats.

On a different note, I am happy to let you know that Polkadot Warung was adopted yesterday!
