We sent our link on fostering (http://myanimalcare.org/fosterrehome/) to Ms Ooi so that she could get the necessary things for the Indon lady to nurse the kittens. Now, a Ms Low has responded to help.
Thank you very much, Ms Low and Ms Ooi, for doing the needful. And thank you all who have helped in any way to save these kittens.

Just got back from appointments .
Will try to post in the various sites tonight. The indon lady said she fed them banana.. she is selling fried bananas etc. Poor thing.. no water?

Doubt she will have the time to feed them in milk bottle as she will be busying frying chillies, frying banana, making kueh etc .. but is can ask her tomorrow if she is willing i can buy for her from pet shop..

Just to keep you posted two of the kittens are already dead. When i went to look at them today around 11am.. one was struggling and one dead on the floor. The one struggling was because the towel was covering it and think probably suffocated .
One lady by the name of Ms Low responded and volunteered to foster. I am leaving shortly to send the two to her place. I have already bought milk bottle, milk powder for kitten and syringes for them… my neighbour helped to feed them a few times already.
