COOKIE WOULD LOVE TO LEAVE THE STREET AND FIND A HOME

When volunteer Manuela heard a loud meowing during her daily feeding walk in Turkey, she at first could not see where it was coming from. She looked eagerly around and under cars and vans parked around and found this hungry, tiny, skinny, scared kitten. As soon as she took out food from her trolley, little COOKIE came from under the van and while eating, cried of hunger so loudly that she felt heartbroken. Sweet little COOKIE is new on Manuela feeding walk and too small to live in the dangerous streets of Avsallar. Alone, no mom around, Cookie has no one to protect her/him. Cookie would love to grow up in a loving home, safe and cuddled. If you have that special place for this little love and want to know more about her/him, please email us at :

Our main volunteer Manuela cares for 200+ desperate street cats and dogs, walking for miles daily to provide food, water and any urgent medical care – and is devoted to arranging adoptions where possible (over 120 in 3 years) and spay and neutering clinics. In Avsallar, Turkey street animals are regularly injured, poisoned and killed and Manuela is their only hope.
