Spaying And Medical Subsidy For 5 Cats (Norely Abd Rahman�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the vaccination and RM10 for the deworming of Mimi Lee, Mimi, Checumi and Calico .

We have also subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Mocha Melawati II and another RM17.75 for her medical treatment.

This total subsidy of RM227.75 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM87.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM140).

Dear Dr. Chan,

These 2 are also my warung rescue. Mimi has been spayed at my cost. I would like to apply for their 1st vaccination subsidy as per your terms & conditions. Calico will be sent for spaying on the 13th of Nov. Then she will be released back to the warung. I will send the spaying bill once that is done. Mimi already has an adopter. She will be picked up either this Sunday or Monday. Let me know please. Thanks.

I would like to apply for your medical (antibiotic, ear mites and deworming)and neutering subsidy for Mocha, �a female cat that I found at school, as per your terms and conditions. I will send the detailed bill soon. She has been released back to where she was found. I apologize for the blurry after surgery photo as it is quite hard to get a good photo of her. Thanks!
