Dear Dr Chan
The attached puppies were at an apartment and were “caught” and to cut the story short are now looking for a home ( temporarily at friend’s place but not sure how long she wants to foster).
Looking for adopters staying at landed homes and who can give them forever homes. Compulsory spaying when the time comes and must love dogs and not to be kept as a “FOC jaga”.
I will be posting at Pet finders for adoption and for volunteer fosterer if any.
