Soi Dog Rescue - Saving Dogs Lives One At A Time In Thailand!

A nice video by Emily Reynolds on the sterilization of a group of dogs by Soi Dog Bangkok and volunteers. Bangkok alone is home to well over 300,000+ street dogs.

The only effective solution to over population which is the cause of street animal suffering is sterilization and vaccination. Rounding up dogs and cats and putting them in shelters has been proven to have no effect and actually makes the problem worse as unsterilized animals then move into the new food source and even more breeding occurs.

It has been scientifically proven that once 75 to 80 percent of a stray population is sterilized significant reduction in numbers rapidly occurs. This has been proven by Soi Dog’s operations in Phuket where alone over 50,000 dogs and cats have been sterilized with the population reducing greatly and the condition of the remaining population improving dramatically.

Soi Dog receives no government funding and relies on you to continue our sterilization program. You can donate today towards Soi Dog’s mobile sterilization programs by clicking here: http://www.soidog.org/en/spay-neuter-program/
