Spaying Sponsorship For Rescued Cat, Ibu (Norsyahidah Bt Yep�s)

This is a follow-up on Ibu’s case. We have fully sponsored RM100 for Ibu’s spaying. This sponsorship comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM40) and Berjaya Cares (RM60).

Dear Dr Chan,

I wish to apply for subsidy for the spaying of Ibu (a stray mother cat who previously received medical subsidy for having a bad case of jaundice. (http://myanimalcare.org/2013/10/03/medical-subsidy-for-ibu-rescued-cat-norsyahidah-bt-yeps/)

She is now well and healthy and just recently, I proceeded with my plan to spay her. �The spaying process went smoothly and Ibu is now in good condition.

Attached is the pictures of Ibu (before & after).

The subsidy form & receipt is on their way.
