Spaying Subsidy For Amy, Female Cat (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Amy, a female cat, rescued by Nicole Kuang. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM40) and Berjaya Cares (RM60).

Dear Kah Yein,
This Amy, young female cat was found at my housing area.
Manage to catch her for spaying operation on Monday at see vet sri petaling.

I would like to apply spaying subsidy for this Amy.
Files attached are the photos of Amy.
Pls ignore the front-line spray RM 20.00 stated in the bill.
