�Foxy� is a victim of the dog meat trade, most likely someone�s pet who was stolen, crammed into a metal cage on a truck and destined for a cruel and barbaric slaughter. After spending time in the Nakhon Phanom shelter in northern Thailand, Foxy has been adopted to a family in Bangkok and is now bringing awareness to the dog meat trade. Thai company �Breeze� (washing detergent) is running a campaign highlighting animal welfare issues and has chosen Foxy to be a part of this.

Not all of the victims of the dog meat trade are as lucky as Foxy. There are currently over 4000 dogs in shelters in northern Thailand that have been rescued from the dog meat trade. The current cost of feeding these dogs is $33,000 per month and it is only with your support that these dogs can be fed and cared for. Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals. Soi Dog also has a treatment facility in Bangkok and responds to crisis situations throughout Thailand.
