This tri-coloured cat was found by a concerned member of the public at the void deck of Block 551, Jurong West Street 42, with something tied around its neck. The finder soon realised that that something was rubber bands. The kind finder brought the cat to a vet immediately to get the rubber bands removed, and the vet found laceration marks around the cat’s neck. This cat is now recovering at the vet clinic.
