The two bills for Houdini are RM115 and we have subsidised RM57.50 for them. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM27.50) and Berjaya Cares (RM30).

Hope all is well with you. I took Houdini to the Vet as he had a runny nose and was sneezing a lot.
After a thorough check-up the doctor said Houdini had cat flu and prescribed some medication for him.
I would like to apply for medical subsidy for Houdini and for the medication to treat his sporotrichosis.
He is responding well and almost all his lesions are healing nicely.
The receipt and the medical form are in the mail.
