最後，阿姨想对GLOBAL PETS的全体同仁，不管您是在那个岗位上（如抓狗送狗的uncle，柜台助理，兽医助理或者主治兽医等等）说声“谢谢您，因为有您，狗狗们才能远离病痛”。
大家都知道所有被阿姨收留的狗狗们在进入HOPE以前都必須经过完整的医疗护理，像打预防針，结扎，皮肤病治理，狗虱问题，伤口感染治理等，以確保所有进入狗場的狗狗都是康健的，沒有传染病的。
阿姨的心愿是希望所有的狗狗们都能远离病痛，安安乐乐的走完这一生。就像佛家讲的“旦愿众生得离苦，令之众生得安乐”。
所以阿姨收留的狗狗们都会得到完整的医疗保障，否则阿姨就不是在帮助狗狗们而是在害狗狗们，因为把各种有病的狗狗集中一起只是会让不同的传染病在它们之间互相传染而增加它们的病痛，不是嗎？
所以，在医药的部份GLOBAL PETS扮演了一个很重要的角色，特別是DR TAN在力所能及下不断的給予了我們种种医疗便利（让HOPE拖欠医药費）与医药折扣，要不然HOPE根本就负担不起日渐高昂的医药费。
